  • Certainly a consideration; Dr. Saleh is a smart fellow whose work I've had a chance to review on occasion. Especially in New England, I'd assume that she's had a DNA probe for Lyme. Lyme arthritis, too, tends to be oligoarticular rather than symmetric in most cases.

  • This has the features of Adult Still's Disease, a variant of Rheumatoid Arthritis characterized by daily fevers, extreme pain, and lack of response to many drugs other than anti IL-1 and steroids.

  • Absolutely not. Bon Jovi is derivative, ordinary pop rock with nothing exceptional to say. There are many bands with much more pedigree waiting for induction, and it would be an insult to induct Bon Jovi in their place.

  • Senator McCain has no intention of supporting the repeal of DADT, no matter what the evidence. He's already backtracked several times on this issue, and continues changing the conditions for his support.

  • Hitler was a Catholic, and wrote extensively about how he felt he was doing "God's work." I agree that this is not where atheists such as myself should be talking about atheism, but bringing Hitler into the discussion doesn't help either. This is clearly a case of mental illness.
